Order Financing
This is a loan that is specifically made to help individual/supplier/company that do not have enough money to complete an order.
Nyasa Capital Finance requires an approved LPO in order to fund the order.
An agreement is entered between Nyasa Capital Finance and individual/supplier/company and the buyer.
When the payment is made from the buyer according to payment terms, the individual/supplier/company settles the full agreed value to Nyasa Capital Finance.
Repayments are managed by individual/supplier/company.
ORDER FINANCING REQUIREMENTS
National IDs,
Local purchase order,
Bank Statements (last 3 months),
Financial Statements,
Board Resolutions,
Utility Bills,
Original copies of the Collateral (Motor Vehicle or Land),
Revaluation of Collateral,
Security documents,
Business Registration Certificate and
Assignment of Proceeds.
Order Financing ranges from K1,000,000 to a maximum of K50,000,000
